Check the size you require on the sidewall of your current tyre (E.G. 160/70 17). Using our site is easy, first select the tyre diameter (the last number in the size E.G. 17), then select the relevant section for our range of tyres in that size (E.G. 160/70).

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling The Purchaser has a statutory right to cancel their order and receive a full refund on any mail order purchase with the exception of Special Orders. To cancel the Purchaser must send the original or copy invoice along with full written reasons for the return, such written reasons and invoice to be received by the Company within 7 working days of the Purchaser receiving the said Goods. The return of Goods will be permitted in only limited circumstances if the Goods are received in their original packaging, labelling, complete with any accessories, manuals or other documentation and undamaged. (Original invoice will be returned to Purchaser in the event of more than one item being sold on it). Exhausts cannot be returned it they have been run for any period.
Goods must be returned to the Company in a condition, which would be acceptable to our supplier for return. Tyres - no refund can be given if tyres have been fitted. In addition, the supplier has to give full refund and report to the Company before any refund can be offered to a Purchaser.
Helmets - Helmets are a safety item, which cannot be offered for resale. Therefore no return or refund is possible under any circumstances. Special Orders, ie. Products not normally stocked by the Company and advised as being special at the time of order, items personalised or made to the Purchaser’s specification may only be returned if goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

Delivery charges.

UK Mainland Only
All orders up to £100.00 there will be a £5.50 delivery charge.
All orders over £100 FREE carriage is applicable.

Europe and America
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate. In certain circumstances postage may have to be calculated individually, such as heavy items. In these case customers will be contacted, with the option to cancel.

Please note that carriage charges may change during the year due to fluctuations in prices by the carriers engaged by ourselves.

Our Couriers require a signature for delivery, please ensure someone is available to recive and sign for the package. You may be charged for the cost of re-delivery.
BFPO nil VAT can only be accepted if the order is accompanied by the form 77-388-CEE available from your CO.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 5 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If on receipt of your order you are not satisfied, you will need to follow these few simple procedures.

1. Please phone our Sales Office on TEL: +44(0)1254 264230 or E-mail to sales@thorncraft.co.uk in order to obtain a returns number. If this procedure has not been completed before returning the item no refund will be given.
2. The item needs to be returned to us with the original packaging within 5 days of receipt – after which we will decide upon the best coarse of action.
3. Any item returned must be in its original state and original packaging.
4. Please include in the package a copy of the invoice and a letter giving the reason for the return, with your name, address and telephone number and what action you would like us to take.
5. Any refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
6. For your protection we would advise that you use a recorded form of posting for your returns.

Any electrical items purchased will not be returnable.

Thorncraft are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

In the case of special order parts or items manufactured to customer’s specifications we reserve the right to refuse cancellation of order. Refunds and handling charge deductions will be made at our discretion.
